I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMPANY! BCC is the Google of Engineering! I've been in my field for almost 20 years and this is the BEST company I have ever worked for – hands down! I am fully encouraged to use my creative skillset while feeling valued, appreciated and treated with the utmost respect. (WOW!) Our professional experience is promoted within and the growth potential is unlike anyplace else. I am inspired by seeing how the owners of this amazing company can be so down-to-earth and approachable while maintaining their sense of humor and personability. I truly feel I can talk to them about anything at any time. Plus, Ariel's 3 PM break cafecito is AMAZING! I truly feel I have found my second family and my professional home. The culture here is awe-inspiring! From a 24/7 full indoor gym, 3 PM cafecito break, daily Foozeball games, meditation moment, year-round team building events, and an overall family-oriented environment is more than I could have ever asked for. So much food!!!! BCC is a family environment, meaning there's food everywhere! So... we must make use of our Full Gym (10 feet from my desk) to be able to eat non-stop!
