    Pros

Overall, lots of smart, nice people. Pretty good benefits and on-site perks, such as gym, volleyball sand pit, and dry cleaners.

    Cons

Some people are so clueless it is painful to work with lei t alone talk with them. Not sure how they were hired!

    Advice to Management

Reward employees more... do not advertise double digit earnings and give out an average 2.5 % salary increase to everyone.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Big company
    Cafeteria with good food
    Decent Breaks
Lots of work to do (although some of it is tedious and unnecessary).

    Cons

    Management
Some "Senior Management" personnel should've gotten fired a long time ago however they are kept because of seniority
Way too many contract workers. They get fired for about 3 months maybe a year and they get let go.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of your dead weights. Give credit where credit is due. Your primary concern should be your workers not how much money you can fit into your pockets.
