Pros

You learn a lot here.

Cons

Dead end for career growth. HR and leadership do nothing in regards to career paths and development for growth.

Advice to Management

Focus a lot more on educating employees on what they need to develop to grow, and make this a priority for management, because it's clearly not.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good benefits package and perks, though several starting to get reduced/cut
The remaining associates are still generally really good people

    Cons

Not what you know, but who you know - makes it difficult to move up in job group
Limited growth opportunity in several functions that have been relocated to TX
Poor transition planning resulting in less efficient processes
"Transformations" essentially resulted in same or more work with less people
Management and product development reactionary, not proactive

    Advice to Management

Reward those who have stuck with the company through tough times and still truly care
Letters after a name do not mean everything
Be more cognizant of morale and effect changes have on associates
    Follow through on promises
