community support services department work extremely hard and pick up the slack for the rest of the agency. branford office not bad
Cons
horrible benefits and pay so management can get paid more money; health insurance extremely expensive; no support from management; does not function like an LMHA; lack of accountability for staff not doing their jobs; quality staff just get more work dumped on them
