    Pros

people are very friendly. I love the job and the people.

    Cons

I think the pay scale is very messed up. Fairness on that policy does not seem to happen.

    Advice to Management

I think all department should be looked at for organizational skills. I think they should look at some of theri salaries they give people. My department has one who knows nothing about the department yet makes a dollar plus more an hour than the people with titles. Very unfair. I on the other hand am part-time so I do not care. But, fair is fair in my world. Supervisor is a wonderful person, but she needs organization skills. Constantly a confusing department to work in. Hopefully things will become easier, the store has only been opened for two weeks. But, I feel like I work a forty hour week there and I only work twenty. I am a very good worker. I know what my job is. I also know how to organize, and somethings fall on deaf ears.
