I have been working at BMC full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great work environment, great team, great leaders, close to home, good pay and good hours of operation!

    Cons

None that I can think of other than many locations closing after the house market crash of 2007.

    Advice to Management

    Please come back to Illinois!

I have been working at BMC full-time

    Pros

Some of the coworkers here are great, knowledgeable, and hard working people.

Pay is average but raises/bonuses/additional compensation...

    Advice to Management

Don’t overlook people that are clearly not fit for their positions for convenience purposes. Give those who are qualified and have ambition a reason to keep trying. Whether that’s additional compensation or opportunities for advancement.
