    Opportunities were plenty and I had many training opportunities.

    Cons

    The only people making money is senior management.

    Meritocracy should be in your dictionary.

    Pros

    - company encourages people to take opportunities to work in every corner of the world
    - pays for and encourages people to gain extra qualifications for career development

    Cons

    - not a "part of one family" culture.
    - poor communication between teams.
    - too many levels in its hierarchical management structure makes employees feel disconnected from senior management and thus the firm

    Advice to Management

    - invest more in employees
    - improve communication between employees and senior management
    - bring back a "team" environment
    - bring back even the most simple perks e.g. free FT newspaper
