    -Nice core group of people - supportive work climate.
    -Senior Management supportive to time off and personal committments outside of workplace
    -If you possess the educational background (Masters level) there is more opportunity that allows you to avoid entry level in Asset Servicing Dep't where room for growth is limited.
    -Benefit and time off package attractive

    Cons

    -Some Senior Management and Director level are rude to lower level employees.
    -Corporate is far removed from Asset Servicing Dep't operations and Senior Management does not follow through on company principles and values
    -Lack of training and career development opportunities within the organization to hone employees continuing their education
    -Work atmosphere becomes complacement

    Advice to Management

    Reach out to employees without going through Senior Management who are only going to say what you want to hear. Institute and endorse an open forum for employee feedback regarding working conditions.
    Gerald Hassell is the new CEO of Asset Servicing and his company bio details how he worked up the company ladder. That opportunity does not exist in Asset Servicing or is not supported by Senior Management and Directors who go through the motions to appease corporate, but are not supportive of employees continuing their education and seeking in house training opportunities to make themselves more marketable to opportunities for advancement.
