    Approves of CEO

I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Giant Market leader in established business
Long history and depth of experience
Making attempts to become more global

    Cons

Comp is among the worst on the Street
0.0% pay raises for 3 years
    Poor Bonus and incentive structure
    Little investment in systems
    Extremely low risk apitite
Strong movement to lower cost locations

    Advice to Management

The efficiency believe you gain by moving jobs to other locations is offset by both staff turnover and the needed to employ 3 inexperienced people for 1 experienced one. This move to lower cost location has coincided with a drop in quality of service. This should be reversed.
