I worked at BNY Mellon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Some nice people in organisatiom

    Cons

Poor team morale, team members set against one another, the word thanks doesent exist, constant change in direction and no clear strategy, overall management just "lump" more work onto staff when they have no bandwidth to take it on and expect it done.

    Advice to Management

When you talk about work/life balance you have to mean it, its not supposed to be just a marketing tool its supposed to be part of the culture

I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time

    Pros

Bank of New York Mellon is a recognized company, where it can help me when I begin to job search after my first year of experience after graduating from my ungrad.

    Cons

Underpaid. Talking to other recruiter, base pay is at least $10,000 off, which is quite a large amount to underpay employees. Lack of training for some new employees, and when new employees do not understand the job, it is a very hard process to get rid of them.

    Advice to Management

    Better training. More personable.
