    Pros

This company really does try to take care of it's employee's if they're bright and work hard, but you need to voice yourself and you can't wait for something to happen. If you're looking for a job that you can get by doing the daily grind this is also great job for you. Over the past few years, and especially in 2012, upper management seems to be on track with educating managers, and employee's in their career development. Part of this was inclusive of raising expectations of managers and lowering expectations of staff members.

Managers are willing to have flexible schedules with they're employee's if the timing is right and it's justified. They will also move you around, or add additional responsibilities if you're looking to increase your resume. The company also allows their employee's the ability to actively participate in community partnership programs.

    Cons

Due to the downturn in the economy the raises and bonuses haven't been the greatest but part of that was due to improper resource allocation (ie trying to be nice by averaging raises). Some managers are stuck in their ways, archaic, however some are adaptable to change.

    Advice to Management

The company is doing better than it has in the past when it comes to employee development, and client focus. I would like to see an increased focus on identifying and utilizing outstanding employees especially those with talent/potential. Something that's been heard across the board is that promotions of one or two levels are more difficult than outside hires, think about that if you'd like to maintain your top 10-20%.

    Pros

Flexible schedule, not a lot of micro management.

    Cons

Limited career paths, moving positions to low cost centers.

    Advice to Management

Thin the ranks of middle management.
