    Pros

    Good pay, very flexible work schedule as long as you get your work done correctly and on time.

    Cons

    very stressful due to meeting daily strict deadlines, working late hours, frequent network/system issues.

    Advice to Management

    Treasure and protect your good and hardworking employees and don't let others (troublemakers) affect them negatively.
