Can be a stepping stone. Depending on your group there may be plenty of opportunity.
They got rid of the 401k match. It’s a “quiet” pay cut of $12k! They say they “might” contribute a match in March of the following year. However they won’t say what the match will be. And if they fire you or you leave before they match they will definitely not pay you. Such a cheap shot, lining up interviews with other companies who aren’t run by a CEO who takes his cues from Frank Shirley (Christmas vacation).Continue reading
