    Pros

The bank of New York Mellon offeres a very good benefit benefit package and retirement savings plan, and some tuition re embursment.

    Cons

They do not comunicate to you during interviewr about groth in the departments, they say there is lots of room for growth and many different position but once you are hired you realize that is not the truth. They hire less qualified people from different companies because they do not allow you to move up more than 2 salary grades at a time so you miss out on alot of good opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and try to hire within the department and within the company before looking elsewhere. Also re-enstate the raises and have them be atleast the cost of living increases and not 2% less.
