There are punchy goals to continue the fast growth of the business, but the shared drive and determination from the whole team to hit them makes it an exciting environment to be in The team is relatively small so everything you do has a direct impact on the business which adds to the sense of purpose. There's also room for career growth within every department The city centre office is in a great location for food/drinks or having a walk. The weekly team boxing classes are also great. It's helped me understand the sport better which feeds directly into my job. Plus it's great fun with everyone getting stuck in
