Pros

Employees truly care about the work they are doing and are very supportive of each other. There are a lot of longtime employees with great technological expertise within the company.

Cons

Because BP is such a large, global company, it can be difficult to get things done quickly. Things like contacting the appropriate people and filling out forms to get access to systems and files can take a long time.
