    I have been working at BRPH Companies full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    This company offers many great programs for juniors to learn and grow and the company even pay for it. besides that, great benefits, work-balance is acceptable, really nothing to complain.

    Cons

    not enough work, the management didn't realize that you have to give actual work to the juniors to work on and grow, instead of spoon feeding and make them feel like retards. supervising means to give direction and order, not to spoon feeding and explain terminologies.

    Advice to Management

    anticipate a day for a small task for a junior engineer and let the person try to do it. if no success then have the senior engineer guide the way. 1 senior hour = 2 junior hours.
