    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at BSE full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If able to find the right department and management team, you will be recognized for doing a good job. But finding that department is a crap-shoot. Awesome cafeteria. Job security

    Cons

An Imbalanced Work / Life .
People say it to be a flat hierarchy, but in reality it is not. Virtually no communication between senior management and employees regarding issues that will directly impact employees. Can be very thankless place to work.

    Advice to Management

Environment doesn't reward motivated and ambitious employees, nor does it give them any reason to stay. So the best and brightest leave resulting in a lot of weak players being left behind to shoulder an increasing burden.

I worked at BSE as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to learn a lot about how policies are in place and what are the guidelines mandatory to exchanges by the regulator (SEBI). they also help you develop your excel skills as you are made to generate reports by understanding trends..

    Cons

you don't get in-depth knowledge of market as you are not on the investor side but on the exchange side so the stock prices don't matter the volumes matter.....
