I worked at BT full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Free employee internet (you can gift it to a friend or relative), really good share save options, huge range of job types advertised internally. Friendly workforce. Pension is great- look into the levels where BT will add more to your pension- I found that by paying approx £15 more each month BT’s contribution increased (maybe even by double).

    Cons

HR’s sick/absence policy is very easy to trigger a warning. Be careful with this because if you go back to work, then a day or so later need more time off it can be classed as a separate absence even though it might be for the same sickness. This creates 2 absence periods.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees as they have great ideas for the business.
