    Pros

    Flexible working options, good middle management, better than average benefits, interesting work, opportunities to deliver improvements

    Cons

    Macro level company uncertainty given recent write offs and fines in UK and Italy.
    International Unit is struggling to hit targets as central management is retrenching in UK
    Multiple years of reduced or no non-sales bonuses
    Price pressure from new cheaper internet based solutions

    Advice to Management

    Invest heavily in data quality and improve off-shoring performance
    Enable sales organization with proper coaching and training
    Be more open to constructive criticism
    Focus on preventing fires to begin with rather than running a tactical fire brigade
