I worked at Baidu full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I did learn most knowledge and did have the best chance to do as i wanted in the past 4 years.

    Cons

When i was a manager, something changed. I didn't like most of what i did. All was divided into many parts, anyone was in charge of one part. But how i could think ? What i get is enough ? No answer.

    Advice to Management

More need for manager to think. To do what i want is the most important for me, so i suggest to give more chance for manager to be in charge of something.
