I worked at Baker Hughes as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Project assigned to individuals; Supervisors, mentors, managers are assigned and very helpful. Co-workers are very friendly. Interns are treated like real employees.

    Cons

They are not very friendly to international people.

    Advice to Management

    Please treat international people better.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Baker Hughes full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great people
Lots of opportunities across functions and around the world

    Cons

60,000 employees - it is harder to work through some of the red tape
New employees don't always assimilate well

    Advice to Management

Look past the bearer of good news - there is information "cleansing" going on to remove the negative issues as it moves up the chain of command. It may not be as rosy as portrayed
