I have been working at Baker Hughes as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Baker Hughes Inc. was organized when initiating and setting up internship positions. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and inviting. Also, the organization was flexible with work hours and time off if needed.

    Cons

As an instructional design project manager, you must work with several SME in order to complete projects. Often, much time was spent waiting for SME to respond to emails or messages such that there was many lulls in the day. Also, Baker Hughes works with other consulting companies that can be a barrier when attempting to complete projects.

I got to move my family with me. Into the Baker Hughes family housing.

    Cons

The North Dakota area, didn't have everything lined up for a job.

I got the opportunity to move up by showing how hard I worked.
