No opinion of CEO

I worked at Ball State University as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

As a research assistant, I had a lot of room to define my own goals. I had access to state of the art technology. I had a top notch professor who guided me with an open hand.

Cons

There is no such thing as work life balance. All of the Graduate Assistants were walking zombies who slept only every few nights.

Advice to Management

Sustainability concepts should include social systems.
