      Pros

      Lovely group of people. Like a big family. Everybody friendly. Great work in moving a huge part of Puerto Rico's food supply.

      Cons

      Non-increasing salaries. Not much in-house selection of recruits. Minimal to zero training.

      Pros

      Good building, parking, good activities, good adm. assistance personel and a nice front desk lady.

      Cons

      Very low salaries in general. Minimal to zero training. Poor Knowledge of Category Management 101. Wrong people in Dept. Many unloyal coworkers, too many daily gossip. Toxic Supervisors and unrespectful. Competencies from managers. With PR new job laws, they recruit you w/o any benefits, underpaid and on a full year of contract. Also they fired you very easily.
