Pros

Salary is decent, benefits are decent. The work is interesting and you will learn alot at the expense of any kind of personal life

Cons

Bally is a sweatshop. They are always short staffed and show no interest in hiring competent people in the US. They would rather hire incompetent people in india and work their skeleton crew to death. Bally does not realize that people in the US have an outside life and they expect you to drop everything you may have going on at night and on weekends to come in and work. The management is totally incompetent and they place idiots in management/architectural positions who have no business being there. Stay far away from this company!

Advice to Management

Hire more people who are competent. Fire or demote all the low/mid level incompetent managers. Come up with more realistic timelines for projects.

    Pros

Pay is OK. Benefits are good, but there is no vacation for the fist six months. The facilities are modern and clean.

    Cons

Working there had the feeling of what it must be like to work at a sweatshop. Forget about having a life. No raises, no bonuses and no recognition from management. Also, there was zero training on their platform/equipment and no documentation anywhere to be seen. Learning curve is steep. Oh, and too many pointless meetings.

    Advice to Management

It didn't feel as though the company valued their employees very much. Record profits, but several departments are severely understaffed.
