    Cons

As expected out of a startup that grew so quickly there were some organizational issues but management has taken leaps and bounds to fix these issues

    Advice to Management

    Cons

-Not all clients are equal and that means certain prospects are harder to reach and close a meeting which can get discouraging -It is a startup after all so you have to be ready to go with the flow and expect changes often, don't be afraid to speak up if you think you're opinion can help!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Something to keep in mind as the company expands is corporate citizenship
