    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

It has the best investment supporting systems, as I know.
Also, It has a portal with open discussion boards on many issues - both business and personal.

    Cons

I think the bank doesn't REALLY care about it's clients or its employees. The management always talks about "helping the clients", but they usually come with a way to help the costumers get rid of their money.
The senior management teams in the past 3-4 years had many mistakes, some say the bank could've get bankrupt - investing in sub-prime loans, giving loans to big businesses that could pay, etc. They are still doing these mistakes.
As an employee, mostly it's terrible. Since the bank wittingly destroyed the employee union (today, the union does nothing more than arranging trips and holidays), if you have a problem or you feel you have been treated unfair - there's no one to talk to.

    Advice to Management

Satisfied employees will make satisfied customers.
You have employees all over Israel - give them a chance to develop, too. The bank doesn't begin or ends in the state of Tel Aviv.
And for god's sake, think CAREFULLY before loaning these would-be bankrupt firms.

    Pros

    Cons

the job in call center is very demanding and the salary is very low because you are employed through employment agency. there are no opportunities for personal growth

    Advice to Management

to provide employees with more opportunities for personal growth and better salary so they could feel a part of this institution
