    Pros

Start pay is not too bad and some positions allow you to work from home. Medical insurance cost has lowered some in the last year but not a lot. They offer a program to for child care reimbursement. Not all managers are bad, there are still a few good and honest ones.

    Cons

Lots of politics and favoritism. As far as promotions go, it's all about who you know and who you are friends are. If you are not one of the favorites it can be frustrating . Annual increases are a joke. Medical benefits offered are still too high. Some managers are lack proper leadership and communication skills. Some areas are under-managed while others are micro-managed.

    Advice to Management

Treat all members of your team fairly. Stop giving your favorites special treatment by turning a blind eye when they make a mistake or do a poor job. It's not fair to the rest of your employees that get write-ups for the same error.
