    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The people I work with are very friendly. Excellent training in place to help me succeed. Great opportunities to move up.

    Cons

Large company which makes it a little harder to get recognized. You will work more hours the higher you get promoted

    Advice to Management

Break some of the news to the employees first, such as new fees, policies, etc... It is tough when a customer comes in asking about fees that none of us heard about except the customer who saw it on good morning america.

  2. "Very beaurocratic - people look to move up by networking, not by performance."

It is a well-known company that lends credibility on your resume.
A large company such as BofA will have more people to work with and learn from.

    Cons

Get ready to have 8 different bosses.
Your hard work may be wiped out by changes at the executive level.
People can hide behind/within the organization rather than be accountable.
It is not a particularly innovative place to work.

    Advice to Management

Take the review process seriously, not just another task handed down from Charlotte.
