"Bank of America is a good company but I have found that its size is becoming an obstacle to change."

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Godd benefits. Added financial benefits. Good employees and great people to work with. Senior leadership seems to have determined a good corporate strategy for future growth.

    Cons

Given the large size of the company, there are now too many obstacles to effectively manage the amount of change required to complete tasks and improve systems.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to stay as large as the company is but become more nimble in our ability to adapt to technological changes.

  2. "Legacy Merrill cronies, each with multiple decades of experience looking out for themselves"

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Location, downtown, however the building has since been emptied and remaining employees consolidated within 1 Bryant Park in midtown.

    Cons

Arthritic senior citizens running the show, with no organized development for new comers. Inter-departmental office politics on a semi-daily basis, being thrown under the bus, finger pointing, never any apologies or rectification.

    Advice to Management

The problem will soon solve themselves when senior citizens cross the retirement age and cronies are disbanded. Performance cover-ups and blatant hr nightmares will have no place to hide.
