    Pros

Bank of America has locations all over the country so if your job isn't eliminated there might be an opportunity to transfer to another location.

    Cons

They don't care about their employees and if you are able to get promoted it's based on tenure only and not job performance. It is also hard to get HR to explain different policies because different Lines of Business have their own policies. Therefore there is not like a company standard and therefore the individual managers can get away with making their own individual rules.

    Advice to Management

They should execute an open door policy. If there is a problem with an employee it should be addresses immediately while it is still fresh and not later when the details are a blur.
