Bank of America is not structured in their management's response to change and communcating those changes to employees.

  2. "If you excel at your job then there is room for promotion. If you are average, then it is easy to get stuck in a rut."

    Pros

Good benefits. In addition to a 401k with company match Bank of America, also has a decent health package, and also matches a portion of salary towards the employee's "pension."

    Cons

Because the bank is such a big holder of Fanniemae mortgages, it is subject to the constant changes within FannieMae's policies.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to do less micromanagement and streamline the workflow process. We have too many reporting tools to measure our production.
