I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

good benefits. good hours, for 40+ associates. getting to interact with people all day!

    Cons

where do i start?! over worked and highly underpaid for the amount of work your expected to do. your constantly being pulled here-there-here-there-here-there its dizzying! they tell you up front that your going to be a 'multi-functioning position'....but what they mean is that your the 'whatever we don't feel like doing, your going to do position'.. I read terrible reviews about this position, but i knew i needed to climb the 'success ladder' at this company because they force you to. i didn't heed their warnings and now i'm leaving the company all together because this position SUCKS and they won't let you be considered for promotion no matter how long you stay at 1st in the market as an SSS!

    Advice to Management

i wouldn't want to post vulgar language on this site.
stop parading around with that plastered fake smile and actually get in touch with what is really going on at your centers. seems to be the same story for all dm's with every company!
