    Pros

    Amazing place to work. Everyone is very friendly and they always have your back. Benefits are top notch and ability to move up and around are fantastic

    Cons

    If you don't like change, this place isn't for you. They are always recreating themselves to stay at the top of the banking chain.

    Just keep up with what you are doing. The future is looking great!

    After the internship, you have the chance to enter a 2 year rotational program, which allows you to get to know more departments within the bank.

    Cons

    The department where you enter during the internship and the first year rotation are random

    pay is high comparing to other tellers at other banks, but two tellers at all times and 20 people in the line is pressuring
