I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexibility, you're never micromanaged, overtime is pretty open although people take advantage when they don't need it.

    Cons

Your work doesn't matter. Even though your analyzing people's work, your feedback doesn't matter.

    Advice to Management

Open up new positions, allow work from home.
