Pros

The Benefits, investment opportunities, and quality of co workers were top notch

Cons

Only retail banking centers available in Augusta with one vault not many opportunities for advancement in the area. Good old boy system strongly in play.

Advice to Management

Keep morale high in all areas

    Pros

    Good recognition. Pride in working for fortune 500 co.
    Job stability.

    Cons

    No advancement opportunities.
    Low wages. Constantly changing environment within Consumer Banking, credit card division.
    The goals were constantly changing making it even more impossible to recieve monthly or quartely bonuses.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to update your resume in case CitiBank starts hiring.

    The pay is good, the benefits are OK (the price increases every year), you are able to work from home sometimes.

    Cons

    Very political, not exactly good for women in technology.
