    Pros

Great Leaders to work with, Encouraging talent, New Career opportunities. Work Culture is amazing, you will be able to witness the actual open door management.

    Cons

Company is fighting a minor phase, owing to the current market conditions, so growth would be a little slow at this time, this can be ignored. Frequent changes in the functioning of the company to stand still during crisis situations, need to adapt to changes.

    Advice to Management

A little more transparency in the way the management thinks.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Great recognition program for associates
    -Opportunity for growth
-Blessed with a great manager (not all associates are)

    Cons

    -Micromanaging from market team
-Being consumer based, business depends on customers coming in the door. No customers=no accounts=being driven by upper management over something you cannot control
    -constant changes to upper management
-The company will be laying off thousands at the end of the year (2012)

    Advice to Management

Good luck with dealing with Market Managers. Be approachable, listen, and at least appear to care about your employees.
