I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There were incentives for working overtime, especially during the holiday season. Incentives included luncheons and gift cards. Salary was competitive, given the location.

    Cons

BofA totally changed the facility after its acquisition of MBNA. Most facility perks such as cafeteria, computer room, and casual lounge areas were downgraded rather quickly after switching management.
