I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Flexible work hours. There is no strict timing rules. I was in support team, the work was not that great there but the development teams have a decent job.

Cons

Lack of planning in recruiting fresh grads. We were trained in something and got put into absolutely different teams. There was no training in the new team.

    Pros

    Benefits are great, pay is good, and the company does a great job of letting its; employees have an excellent work-life balance.

    Cons

    Training methods for new employees can be slightly overwhelming and aren't really effective. Also, they expect you to learn about three months of material in about six weeks... Banking centers don't have all the necessary tools to handle every customer request, too many call centers and too compartmentalized.

    Advice to Management

    Needs to improve the way they train new banking center employees, more hands on experience less of the computer training modules,
