I worked at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    They have many employee-friendly programs.

    Cons

They make you stand all day. You are never allowed breaks. Lunch can be interrupted to help customers. They expect you to memorize every single specific law and regulation regarding banking but don't staff enough employees to allow you to study on-the-job, so you are forced to bring your work home many nights. Lower-level work long hours.

    Advice to Management

Hire more lower-level employees, allow them to sit, and start paying better.
