I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Many good benefits come with working with this company. For students, tuition reimbursement is a great benefit. There are also other things such as hybrid vehicle purchase reimbursement. Flexible work schedule.

    Cons

High pressure from management to reach sales goals, management does the least amount of work, have the ability to have others do their job for them. Favoritism is inevitable. I know associates who have had the worst working experience because of favoritism.

Sales goals are so bad, I've seen associates do unethical and business practices in order to open accounts not suitable for customers, resulting in customers being charged a ridiculous amount of fees.

    Advice to Management

Stop focusing/stressing so much on reaching useless and pointless goals and focus on the big picture of increasing revenue.
