I worked at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

Work from home, salary, corporate culture

Cons

Lots of layers of management makes getting things done a pain due to getting approvals up the chain

I have been working at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I'm young so I can relate to a lot of the customers in many of our products.

    Cons

Different client-ell can be hard to keep up with.

    Advice to Management

Stop pushing so many sales, and stop raising the bar. I understand the bank wants to succeed but I'm sure without all the pushing and pushing on our customers that can still happen.

  2. "Hard to Remain an Outside Sales Banker due to High Turnover"

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Steady salary with quarterly bonus potential

    Cons

Hard to meet and exceed quotas when you have to keep doing customer service (instead of being in the field) due to high staff turnover or staff out of the office. Some fees to customers seem unfair (for example, large overdraft amounts for small overdrafts) and they were too slow or unwilling to refinance mortgages to help customers during hard times.

    Advice to Management

Protect Personal Bankers' time to be out in the field.
