I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits were good in the beginning and then they slowly took those away too.

    Cons

4 Years working with them and I never moved up, although judging by the people that did move up I suspect at this particular branch I worked for I should have been Hispanic and would have moved up in no time.

    Advice to Management

Keep your word and follow through with what you say your going to do. Try being sympathetic to your employees too because unlike you we do not get quarterly bonuses and we are the ones who have to do all the work.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There are lots of benefits available to you as an employee of the company. These range from the typical healthcare benefits to banking products and other discounts.

    Cons

Generally, an employee is just a number. Do not expect any significant degree of loyalty on behalf of the organization.

    Advice to Management

Treat your people more like people and less like a number and you will get a lot more out of them.
