I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The entry level programs for undergrads are waged, though you have regular benefits. The only difference is that you get paid for any OT after 40 hours, which is great. Additionally the salary is good, varying from 55 - 60 in the Southwest, and 3 weeks vacation. Its a great name to have too, fresh out of college, and there are many opportunities to transfer within the company. BofA has nearly every financial field out there.

    Cons

Some roles are very busy, while others can leave you idle for long periods of time. Its a wild card. Additionally it's hard to move up without leaving the company first. The benefits are good but not great, and a friendly work environment (i.e. office events) isn't promoted.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, decent pension and 401k match. Great recruiting group that makes you feel at home. Also good bonus's for the AM and the BM . Bonuses work out to be quarterly and one year end bonus. Sales and customer service goals are very reasonable and most should be able to reach them.

    Cons

Too much micro managing going on at the management level.

    Advice to Management

Good Management but not very eager to promote and pay well within.
