    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Bank of America part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    it is a steady paycheck.

    Cons

most banking center managers hired lead with a dictatorship style who berate and undermine their employees to produce results. i am i tenured associate and have worked with well over 15 managers in this area and they all lead the same way.The customer does not always come first. Sales are priority. More and more benefits are getting cut while more work is added.

    Advice to Management

They need to realize that a happy associate leads to happy customers. and berating and undermining your associates only leads to resentment and low job satisfaction as well as bad customer experiences.
