    Good company to work for.

    Cons

Branch manager are not always great. At least I can say that about my manager who didn't respect me and did not listen our needs.

    Advice to Management

Managers and Assistant manager should be better train. How is it possible that an Assistant Manager does not know how to answer basic questions about banking.

I have been working at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Positive Corporate Environment; Managers work on getting to know employees; Feels like a family. Regular salary raises. Valued for your commitment and contribution to the copmany.

    Cons

Sales are pushed too much, in my opinion. I feel that a rewards system would work better than a system in which an employee is required to achieve a certain amount of sales.

    Advice to Management

Work on making it a fun environment. The negative energy from being pressured for making sales detracts from the spirit of the company. It's not so bad, but I think this is what can be improved upon.
