    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good company with lots of talented people who want to succeed. Internal values are opposite of what media portrays. Beginning to find its way gradually with new direction of CEO. Smaller is better.

    Cons

Senior Leaders are arrogant and most have been internally grown for 25 plus years. They are aloof and recycle the old approaches. Once you reach Sr. Leader/Executive status, you are either with the "in" group or not. Lots of red tape and over procesed culture.

    Advice to Management

Going to have to make some changes - Sr. Executives say one thing, do another. CEO is good and has the right direction - needs to take action on those who are not falling into place.
