    Pros

Job security higher than most firms on the street. Doing well since 4 plus years and hence profit sharing better than most places

    Cons

Can feel like stagnation in career as lots of red tape to rise in the ranks

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Career advancement, competitive pay, hours of operation are good for work-life balance

    Cons

As with most banks, NOT ENOUGH STAFF. a branch serving 6,000+ teller transactions, on top of having 2 ATMS still has only 1 teller... leaving everyone to work 10x as hard. Managers are expected to run a teller drawer daily because the company just wont provide adequate help. In my opinion, the company asks an unreasonable amount of work from management and will slap you on the wrist for OT

    Advice to Management

You cant have it both ways... asking a manager to run a teller drawer, work on the platform, coach associates, fill out 10-20 reports a week, daily tasks, still scanning in teller work at the end of the day (what year is this??) AND have 0 Overtime with not enough employees.... simply cant be done.
