I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible working hours, WFH depends on business to business, Good pay if you join as TL and above, Training and Development, the bank is profitable and has a good reputation in the global markets

    Cons

Only company that does not pay Night shift allowances to its employees, No variable pay, Gratuity amount deducted from your CTC, Peanut size Annual bonus and is distributed equally across all levels, tenure based promotions makes the job very monotonous and less challenging, you will get it when your time comes provided your name is not listed in big errors or losses and your reputation with the manager is satisfactory.
