I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It has some of the best benefits that big corporations offer. They have 16 weeks paid of maternity and paternity leave. They can pay for family planning expenses etc.

    Cons

It's very corporate culture. Too many bureaucracies. Difficult to get promoted. Not much work flexibility.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the needs of the new generation.
